Our story
Pixelbite was founded early 2009 in Helsingborg (Sweden) by a team of five veteran console- and PC-game developers with the vision to create original IP:s and high quality games for the emerging mobile and handheld markets.
They had previously developed games such as: Richard Burns Rally, Fastlane Street Racing, Futurama the Game, Rally Championship, Hot Wheels: Extreme Racing and Airfix Dogfighter.
To keep the competitive edge sharp, Pixelbite develops its own in-house technology called the BITE engine; featuring a flexible rendering, animation and physics system, optimized for mobile and handheld devices. The technology currently includes support for iOS, Android, Windows Phone 7, Symbian and more…
Pixelbite currently employs a team of nine full-time game developers.
